<p>The balance between work and life has been a big part of the work ethics discussion the last 2 or so years. Why? Because more and more people in the Netherlands are looking for a good balance between work and their private life. Another part is the discussion on healthy employees, and how far can a employer go. Examples are employers who do not employ people who smoke, health checks for all employees and so forth.</p>
