A steamy video of Brazils supermodelDaniela Cicarelli has resulted in Brazillian ISP’s to have to block You Tube. A court ordered this after You Tube had not been succesfull in removing the said video. It keeps turning up again.
The big question is this, if you have sex in an open location, especially if you are one of a country’s most know person, you should know that it will turn op on You Tube very quickly. In that case, can you sue? Yes you can, and they did. But You Tube is not able to monitor everyone posting video’s on it’s site, so it has a hard time to comply with the removal instructons. How to go on from now?
I think what ever happens, the movie will be on the internet for a long time before people lose interest. Even if you don’t care about those types of movies, having so many people write about, it become interesting. At least, i had to see what it was all about.
Well for those who can’t find it.. it’s not much.. just plain stupid.
