Guillermo Habacuc Vargas had 2 children catch this dog. He paid the kids for this. He then chained the dog and used the dog as “art. He told everyone not to feed this dog. The dog died in the gallery. He calls himself an artist. I call him an animal abuser.
How sick can you be? And this is Art? Well. his new demonstration should be that he ties himself up, and starves in a corner.. That should generate enough interest for him, and we are all rid of another sicko who pretends that all is allowed for “art”.. Please lock this guy up!!

This is a shocking story. I saw photos of the event – people milling around with cocktail glasses in hand while the dog curled up tightly on his rope, turned away from the crowd. Ugh.
But what should, perhaps, be considered more shocking is that dogs suffer and die like this every day in the U.S. because in most places it is legal, even considered acceptable, to chain a dog for its life. 24/7. Tens of thousands of dogs live this way, pacing the same patch of dirt and feces for years on end. Often neglected and “out of sight out of mind,” they die from hunger and starvation as owners forget to feed them, get tired to trudging through the snow the back reaches of the yard where Fido languishes, or water bowls become overturned in the skull-cracking heat. thanks for stopping by. Keep up the great work on your site. Dogis indeed do deserve better.
